Return 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and deliver the item back to us. For our international customers, we provide 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and deliver the item back to us.  with your choice of courier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

- In the same condition that you received it (with tag and the original package)

- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

- Free from make-up, stains and any scent (including deodorant and perfume)

- Not a sale items 

- Not purchased with Green return voucher

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return does not meet the conditions, it will not be refunded and returned back to you.

Store credit

Items purchased by a gift voucher (except gift voucher from Green return) will be refunded back to the gift voucher. Items purchased using a gift voucher from the Green return is non-refundable.
