SCG_COLLECTIONS is a women-led, family-owned label born in Sydney in May 2021, built on the belief that dressing well should feel effortless, empowering, and endlessly wearable.
What began as a small team of three — two co-founders and a skilled tailor — has grown into a design-driven brand creating purposeful pieces to simplify your wardrobe. From the start, our vision has been clear: to craft timeless essentials that make daily dressing easier, feel better on the skin, and stay with you season after season.
Our SCG-made pieces are designed in-house. One co-founder leads production with our personal tailoring team in China, while the Sydney-based team focuses on design direction, customer care, and bringing every collection to life through thoughtful visuals and styling.
Our collections are made in small runs — not mass produced — and every piece is cut, sewn, and finished with care. We design for real wardrobes and real lives, so you can build less, wear more, and always feel put-together.

Every piece is made based on actual demand — not guesswork — so nothing is wasted. This slow approach allows us to focus on quality, fit, and fabric, while making room for creative freedom and mindful growth.

By shipping directly from our production studio, we reduce unnecessary packaging, storage, and transportation waste. Our garments are made to last in both quality and aesthetic, so you can buy less and wear more — with pride.

ABOUT SCG-MADE COLLECTION
At SCG, we strive to create premium, timeless pieces that are affordable for our customers. Our meticulous design process is infused with love and attention to detail, ensuring that each SCG-made product is crafted with care. We want our customers to feel like they're receiving something unique and with great value when they purchase our SCG-made products, which is why we don't mass-produce them. Instead, we aim to create exclusive items that are worth more than their price. In the end of 2022, we took our commitment to our customers one step further by designing our own collection. We carefully handpicked the fabric for this collection, selecting materials that would produce durable products. Our clothing factory and private clothing studio, recognized for producing high-end fashion, were responsible for bringing our designs to life. By prioritizing quality over quantity and maintaining strict quality control measures, we ensure that each SCG-made item sold lives up to our high standards.

How Our Collaborative Clothing Studio and Team Create Our In-House Designs
TRANSPARENCY
At SCG, transparency with our customers is of utmost importance. As a growing small business, our aim is to provide products that are as cost-effective as possible, all the while ensuring fair wages for our workers and adhering to eco-friendly practices. As a result, we generate a margin of 15-20% on each product sold. It's worth noting that a significant portion of your payment goes towards covering shipping fees (which can be surprisingly high for small businesses without delivery courier agreements) and the expenses associated with processing your garments, particularly within our SCG-Made collection.
We hold the belief that fashion encompasses more than just its price tag; it should encompass fair compensation for our workers and a departure from the paradigm of mass production as well as using more eco-friendly materials, such as plant cellulose fabric. While the expense of creating artisanal pieces and maintaining limited product quantities might be notably higher, this approach fosters a more equitable labor environment within the industry. Consequently, the products you receive will be meticulously crafted with care and consideration, ensuring greater longevity and durability.
