We offer free tracking postage within Australia and Asian countries for order over $99 AUD , and free tracking postage for most countries in the world for order over $150 AUD.

Estimated delivery timeframe:
Australia: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $10 per order for order under $99 (take up to 10-15 business days to arrive depend on location).
United State: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $18 AUD per order for order under $ 150 AUD (normally take up to 10-15 business days to arrive, sometimes can be faster).
United Kingdom: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $12 per order for order under $150 (take up to 7-15 business days to arrive depend on location).
New Zealand: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $12 per order for order under $150 (take up to 10-15 business days to arrive depend on location).
Europe: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $18 per order for order under $150 (take up to 7-15 business days to arrive depend on location).
Norway: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $30 per order for order under $350 (take up to 20-30 business days to arrive depend on location).
Asian countries: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $8 AUD per order for order under $ 99 AUD (10-15 business days to arrive depend on location). Please write the address in your own language and provide us the phone number for smooth delivery service.
Rest of the world: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $12-30 AUD per order for order under $ 150 AUD (7-20 business days to arrive depend on location).
Order placed before 3 pm Australian time during the weekday will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Some products might take up to 3 business days to process, we will notify you if your order take longer to be shipped.
This is a trackable service with 4PX and CNE express, and may require a signature on delivery.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, and please provide us a deliverable address.

We do not offer free shipping for warehouse items (final sale items, including up to 90% off range) since we sell them lower than the cost of the items.
The warehouse sale items will be sent from either Australia or China, depend on the stock situation.

For countries include Australia, United State and United Kingdom, the tracking information we provided you might only show updates when your package is with the local delivery person. Once there is an update, meaning your order will be delivered within 2-3 bussiness days.

The other reason could also be because the item you ordered is a pre-order, and the expected shipping date is mentioned in the order confirmation or the product page.
Our products are made by our team located in China. Therefore, most orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China, while some may be sent from our office in Sydney, Australia.
Our in-house designs are meticulously handcrafted by our team of tailors in China. To enable us to offer our customers affordable prices and eliminate unnecessary shipping costs and time, we opt to send our handmade items directly from the studio in China rather than routing them through Australia to reach other destinations.
We are not responsible for delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages due to courier issues or customer actions, such as providing an incorrect address or leaving the parcel unattended. Once your package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not liable for any loss or theft that may occur. If this happens, please contact us for details regarding your local delivery courier, and we will guide you on how to file a claim for a missing parcel. Once your case is filed and accepted by the courier, kindly provide us with a screenshot of the case number and any related communication. If your order is covered by insurance, we may send you a replacement package.
If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, feel free to contact us for more information. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery courier, as this is outside our control. If your package has been marked 'in transit' for an extended period, reach out to us, and we will arrange a replacement if we determine that the package is lost before delivery.
If your package is delayed or goes missing due to incorrect addresses, missing delivery information, or recipient rejection, it will be your responsibility, and refunds will not be issued. While we are here to assist, any further delays or complications are beyond our control.
Refunds won't be possible while the package is in transit. If your order remains in transit for an extended period, please don't hesitate to contact us for help.
If you have a specific date in mind for receiving the item, we recommend making your purchase sooner, as the delivery timeframe is not guaranteed.
Delivery notifications will be provided on the day of delivery. Please use your tracking information to monitor the shipping progress and ensure you're available at the designated location to personally receive the parcel, particularly if your area is susceptible to parcel theft.
If your order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, recipient rejection, or failure to collect it from the post office, a refund will not be issued. It will be solely your responsibility.
Please note that we do not sign up 'return to sender' service. If your parcel status shows 'return to sender,' the post office may either discard it or store it in their warehouse, and no refund will be issued since we do not have the parcel. However, we are committed to helping you receive your order and may help covering the redelivery fee if your parcel can be sent again.
If the return is due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, please contact us for redelivery. Be aware that the delivery timeframe in this case is beyond our control and depends on how quickly the delivery service locates your parcel in their warehouse.

We offer two options for all United State orders:
1. USPS, No Redelivery if Undeliverable (7-15 business days). Free for order over $150 AUD.
Description: This is a standard delivery option for all U.S. orders. Please note that if the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or if it is not collected, the courier does not offer redelivery. In such cases, it will be your responsibility for any loss, as we cannot arrange a redelivery, reship a new package, or issue a refund.
2.USPS Express, Redelivery available (5-8 business days)
Description: This is an express shipping option, and we provide redelivery for undeliverable parcels at no extra cost to you. Please note that the redelivery process may take approximately 30 business days.
Please monitor your tracking number and ensure you provide a correct, deliverable address to avoid any potential issues.
Please note that customs may apply taxes to your package upon arrival in the destination country.
We do not prepay these taxes and the amount is determined by the country's customs regulations.
Any tax or duty imposed on your package is your responsibility.We cannot be held responsible for any taxes or fees charged on your package by customs.
If you refuse to pay the taxes or duties charged, we won't be able to issue a refund. Additionally, failure to pay taxes may result in the package being destroyed by the delivery courier.If you have any questions or concerns about taxes and duties, please don't hesitate to contact us.
