Australia: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $10 per order for order under $99 (take up to 10-15 business days to arrive depend on location).

United State: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $15 USD per order (normally take up to 7-15 business days to arrive, sometimes can be faster), and free shipping isn’t available for U.S. orders at this time.

United Kingdom: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $16 per order for order under $150 (take up to 7-15 business days to arrive depend on location).

New Zealand: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $14 per order for order under $150 (take up to 10-15 business days to arrive depend on location).

Europe: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $25 per order for order under $300 (take up to 7-15 business days to arrive depend on location).

Norway: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $30 per order for order under $350 (take up to 20-30 business days to arrive depend on location).

Asian countries: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $12 AUD per order for order under $ 99 AUD (10-15 business days to arrive depend on location). Please write the address in your own language and provide us the phone number for smooth delivery service.

Rest of the world: For standard delivery, the delivery fee will be $12- 40 AUD per order for order under $ 300 AUD (7-20 business days to arrive depend on location).

Order placed before 3 pm Australian time during the weekday will be shipped within 48 hours. Some products might take up to 3-5 business days to process, we will notify you if your order take longer to be shipped.

This is a trackable service with 4PX, and may require a signature on delivery. 
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, and please provide us a deliverable address.

Note: We want to let you know that while we'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we can't guarantee delivery within the estimated time frame. These dates are provided as a guide only. Sometimes the parcel can take longer to arrive due to busy sale period, custom clearance and strike.

To ensure delivery before Christmas, please note our holiday shipping guidelines below.

Orders placed on or before 15 December (excluding pre-order items) are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Orders placed after 15 December may still arrive in time, but delivery cannot be guaranteed due to increased carrier demand during the holiday period.

If your order is urgent or intended as a gift, we strongly recommend:
1. Placing your order as early as possible, or
2. Selecting Express Shipping at checkout.I

f your purchase is for a Christmas gift, please contact us after placing your order so we can prioritise packing where possible.

For countries include Australia, United State and United Kingdom, the tracking information we provided you might only show updates when your package is with the local delivery person. Once there is an update, meaning your order will be delivered within 2-3 bussiness days.

The other reason could also be because the item you ordered is a pre-order, and the expected shipping date is mentioned in the order confirmation or the product page.

We are an Australian-based company, governed by Australian law and taxation. Our products are designed in Sydney and handcrafted by our skilled team in China. This allows us to keep costs lower for our customers, with the majority of orders being dispatched from our team in China. However, some orders may be shipped from our Sydney office in Australia.

Our in-house designs are meticulously handcrafted by our team of tailors in China. To enable us to offer our customers affordable prices for handmade products, and eliminate unnecessary shipping costs and time, we send our handmade items directly from the studio in China rather than routing them through Australia to reach other destinations.

We are not responsible for delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages due to courier issues, customer clearance or customer actions, such as providing an incorrect address or leaving the parcel unattended. Once your package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not liable for any loss or theft that may occur. If this happens, please contact us for details regarding your local delivery courier, and we will guide you on how to file a claim for a missing parcel. Once your case is filed and accepted by the courier, kindly provide us with a screenshot of the case number and any related communication. If your order is covered by insurance, we may send you a replacement package.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or postal service strikes, as these factors are beyond our control. Refunds cannot be issued if your order takes longer than expected to arrive due to circumstances outside our control. Our delivery service does not guarantee a specific delivery timeframe, especially when delays result from factors beyond their control. In this case, we thank you for your patience, and we are happy to assist you with more information.

If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive and the tracking information is not updated for a while, feel free to contact us for more information. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery courier, as this is outside our control. If your package has been marked 'in transit' for an extended period, reach out to us, and we will arrange a replacement if we determine that the package is lost before delivery.

If your package is delayed or goes missing due to incorrect addresses, missing delivery information, or recipient rejection, it will be your responsibility, and refunds will not be issued. While we are here to assist, any further delays or complications are beyond our control.

Refunds won't be possible while the package is in transit. If your order remains in transit for an extended period, please don't hesitate to contact us for help.

If you have a specific date in mind for receiving the item, we recommend making your purchase sooner, as the delivery timeframe is not guaranteed.

Delivery notifications will be provided on the day of delivery. Please use your tracking information to monitor the shipping progress and ensure you're available at the designated location to personally receive the parcel, particularly if your area is susceptible to parcel theft.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping information and track your order regularly. If your order is returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete address details, recipient refusal, or failure to collect it from the post office, we will not issue a refund. You will be responsible for any additional costs, further delays, and issues with missing parcels.

Please note that we do not subscribe to a 'return to sender' service with our delivery couriers. Therefore, if your parcel is marked as 'returned to sender,' it will be sent back to the courier's warehouse, and we will not be able to issue a refund since we do not have the parcel.

Redelivery service is not available in some countries, including the US, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, and Portugal, among others.

For countries where redelivery service is available, we are committed to helping you receive your order. We may cover the redelivery fee if you choose not to return the item. In such cases, please contact us to arrange redelivery. (Note: Redelivery is available only within the same country as the original delivery address.)

Please be aware that the delivery timeframe is beyond our control and depends on how quickly the delivery service locates your parcel in their warehouse. It normally takes 30-40 business days. If it takes longer, you can contact us for a new package to be delivered or a refund for the product, with the shipping fee deducted.

From April 23rd, 2025, we only provide two tracked options for all orders within the United States:

1. 4PX standard delivery/AUSPOST standard (7-15 business days) - 15 USD.

2. USPS Express/AUSPOST express (5-10 business days) - 35 USD .

Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance or courier handling, which are unfortunately outside of our control. We are unable to take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by these external factor.

Please note goods with Australia as the COO (country-of-origin) are subject to a 10% tariff when being imported into the US (https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/parcels-international/international-post-guide/results/united-states#usa-tariff)
 
Please monitor your tracking number and ensure you provide a correct, deliverable address to avoid any potential issues.

Please be aware that customs authorities in the destination country may apply taxes or duties to your package upon arrival.For most countries, we do not prepay these taxes, as the amount is determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.

However, for the following countries, we have already prepaid the applicable taxes, which are included in your product price:

Germany, Italy, Spain: 10% of the order value

United States: 10% of the order value

This means you will not be charged additional taxes or duties upon delivery for orders shipped to these countries. Please note if you wish to return your order, these amount will not be refunded as they have been paid to the custom by law.

For other countries, any tax or duty imposed on your package is your responsibility.We cannot be held responsible for any taxes or fees charged on your package by customs.

If you refuse to pay the taxes or duties charged, we won't be able to issue a refund. Additionally, failure to pay taxes may result in the package being destroyed by the delivery courier.If you have any questions or concerns about taxes and duties, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Currency conversions are pre-paid, and the total amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate and any processing fees applied by your bank. The conversion rate is determined by your bank, and while most exchange rate systems are similar, the rate fluctuates daily. As a result, the displayed price may vary each day.

We do not offer free shipping for warehouse items (final sale items, including up to 90% off range) since we sell them lower than the cost of the items.

The warehouse sale items will be sent from either Australia or China, depend on the stock situation.
