Warehouse clearance:
We do not offer free shipping for warehouse items since we sell them lower than the cost of the items. The warehouse sale items will be sent from either Australia or China, depend on the stock situation.
Australia (take up to 2-8 days)-- 10 AUD
New Zealand (take up to 7-10 days)-- 17 NZD
United State (take up to 7-12 days)-- 15 USD
Rest of the world (take up to 7-15 days) -- 25 AUD

Return & Exchange
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and deliver the item back to us. For our international customers, we provide 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and deliver the item back to us. with your choice of courier
We accept return and exchange if your product meet the following requirements:
- In the same condition that you received it (with tag and the original package)
- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Free from make-up, stains and any scent (including deodorant and perfume)
- Not a sale items
- Not purchased with Green return voucher
