Crafted from high-quality lightweight cotton with velvet floral detailing on the fabric, this skirt boasts an adjustable waistband that can be styled as both high-waisted and low-waisted. To ensure your comfort, the skirt has an inner layer made of soft cotton fabric. This one-of-a-kind skirt is exclusively designed by simplecoolgirl.
Each skirt is handmade with care by a private fashion studio, and only a limited quantity is produced. You can choose from three colors: black, white, and green.
